• Salmen Pojat organizes traditional ice fishing competition between 10-13 in Oravi (in front of Issakka island) – WEATHER PERMITTING
  • Start and weighing at the Kesäkalliontie shore (signposted from Tappuvirrantie), sleigh ride to the ice fishing spot
  • Participation fees: men/women 10€, young people aged 10–16 5€, children under 10 0€
  • Prize giving in Ruukinranta at 14 – great prizes!
    • Kanava Resort is donating a weekend cottage stay, which will be raffled off among all those who have paid the participation fee.
  • Sausages, coffee, and juice available for cash or card
