Snowshoeing on Linnansaari island
Marked snowshoeing trails in Linnansaari: Linnonpolku 2 km, Oikopolku 5.5 km, Circular Trail 7 km, and the trail to the croft (700 m). The routes start from the Sammakkoniemi camping area, where you’ll find campfire sites, a cooking shelter, and a dry toilet. The trails are marked with orange circles. Along the route, you can visit the Linnavuori viewpoint, the Perpulanluhta campfire site, and the historical croft.
You can reach Linnansaari either by walking along the marked ice trail or by snowmobile.
